To consider an application by Riku Raisanen to amend the Bridgetown Land Use Bylaw (LUB) Zoning Map to include rezoning the land identified as parcel PID No. 05149976 in the community of Bridgetown from the Institutional (I1) zone to the Downtown Commercial (C1) zone; permitting the reuse of the property from a former Town Hall to a mixed-use building consisting of a textile studio and apartment.
