West Dalhousie Wildfire (After Action Report) – Municipal Council received the West Dalhousie Wildfire After-Action Report (AAR) as information.
Bridgetown Community Recreation Association (BCRA) Funding Request – Municipal Council authorized the procurement of a new Ice Resurfacer with funds from the Max Young Fund.
Annapolis County Joint Accessibility Plan 2026-28 – Municipal Council approved the Joint Accessibility Plan 2026-2028, which will be submitted to the NS Accessibility Directorate as the approved plan to guide actions over the next 3 years.
Approval of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Plan – Municipal Council approved the 2026-2029 Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Plan as amended to include all equity deserving communities or groups in portions of the document, as discussed by Council.
Adoption of Communications Strategy – Municipal Council approved the Municipality of the County of Annapolis Communications Strategy 2026-28, as presented.
Citizen Appointments to Committees – Municipal Council approved the appointment pf John Smith to the Source Water Protection Advisory Committee, effective immediately, for a term ending October 31, 2026.
Planning Advisory Committee – Municipal Council approved first reading of the East End Secondary Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw, and set a public hearing date of February 17, 2026, 11am, at the Municipal Administration Building.

Former Reuban Potter Property - Request to Deregister – Municipal Council approved the deregistration of the vacant lands previously associated with the Reuban Potter House property on Quarry Rd., Clementsvale, and will send notice of the deregistration to the registered owner and a copy deposited to the Registry of Deeds.
