|The initial meeting of this committee scheduled for May 3rd was re-scheduled due to the two-week, province-wide, circuit breaker shutdown.
Committee members are Deputy Warden Gunn, and councillors Barteaux, Hudson, and Prout.
As its first order of business, a call for the Chair and Vice Chair will be made. There is no agenda for this meeting.
Any persons who wish to attend are required to PRE-REGISTER as seating is limited due to physical distancing requirements. To register, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org OR call (902) 532-2193. Persons registered for attendance will be advised the day before the meeting.
All those in attendance will be required to wear a face mask and sign in after reading the COVID Screening Form at the front desk. Citizen attendees are also required to complete a Covid-19 Visitor Screening form that can be emailed in advance and brought to the meeting, or completed at the meeting.
