Public Hearing - Port Royal Inn

2018-LUB-002: an application by Port Royal Inn Ltd to amend Part 10.1 of the Upper Clements Area Land Use Bylaw to add self-storage facilities as a permitted use in the General Mixed (R-2) Zone. 

Any interested persons who wish to speak on the matter are invited to attend and make their opinions known to Council. Written submissions are encouraged and may be delivered to the Municipal Clerk at the Municipal Administration Building, 752  St. George St., Annapolis Royal or by email cyoung@annapoliscounty.ca any time prior to the Public Hearing.

Copies of the amendment application and any associated staff reports may be inspected by contacting Albert Dunphy, Director of Community Development at (902) 584-3940, (902) 584-2255, adunphy@annapoliscounty.ca; or by visiting the Planning Services Office, Municipal Building, 396 Main St. Lawrencetown, weekdays, except public holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
